MinistryQ Development Report Synchronization — Privacy Notice

Purpose and information processed

The integration copies approved, non-sensitive development status, progress and milestone reports from MinistryQ’s local development storage to a dedicated Google Drive reporting folder. Local reports remain authoritative.

The integration does not synchronize church records, personal identities, analytical evidence, production databases, financial records, credentials or secrets.

Google Drive access

The integration requests Google’s drive.file permission for specific files and folders authorized by the owner. It uses this access to upload approved reports and read them back to verify their contents.

Although this Google permission includes editing and deletion capabilities, the synchronization process does not intentionally delete Google Drive files or modify files outside the dedicated reporting folder.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored in restricted files on the owner’s local development storage, outside source control. Authentication tokens are not included in reports or normal logs.

Local verification records contain report hashes, Google Drive file identifiers and verification timestamps. Google stores uploaded reports according to its applicable terms and privacy practices. The owner controls access to the reporting folder.

Use and sharing

The integration does not sell information, use it for advertising, or intentionally make reports public. Reports are uploaded to Google Drive solely for development reporting and owner review.

Retention and access controls

Uploaded reports remain in the dedicated Google Drive folder until the owner removes them. Local reports and verification records remain until the owner removes them. The integration does not automatically delete reports.

The owner may revoke the integration’s access through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authenticated synchronization but does not automatically delete existing local files or Google Drive copies.
